We understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to accommodate our customers as best as we can. Below is our updated refund and return policy to ensure a smooth process for both parties.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before the product has been shipped or entered into production. Upon cancellation, you will receive a full refund. However, once the product has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

Return Process
If you need to return a product, please reach out to us at Support@aglexs.com to get more return issues. We are committed to providing a full or partial refund based on the condition of the product upon its return, in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Return/Refund Terms and Conditions
Before initiating a return, please review the following terms and conditions that outline the specifics of our refund and return policy.

Eligibility for Returns
Planting lights are eligible for return under the following conditions:
- The item received is not the model ordered.
- The item is faulty, damaged, broken, or soiled upon arrival.
- The item is unused and has not met your expectations within 30 days of receipt.
- The product must be complete with no missing or damaged parts.
- The product must be in its original packaging, which must also be undamaged.

Return Validity
Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date of receipt, as per our tracking records. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for purchases made more than 30 days prior.

Return Packaging
Products must be returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Shipping Responsibilities
If the return is initiated by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. It is your responsibility to ensure the package arrives safely. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance to cover any potential damage or loss during transit. Any insurance claims must be filed by you with the carrier.

If the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, you will not be responsible for the shipping fees.

Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. We will notify you via email once we have received your return and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Partial Refunds
We reserve the right to issue a partial refund if the returned item is not in unused condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items that are outside the 30-day warranty period.
- Items that have been used or misused.

If you choose to return an item under these conditions, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees, and we will assess a charge based on the product's condition.
